Wyndham College is a reading community. Reading is an empowering, engaging, life-enhancing experience. An environment rich in high-quality talk about texts should involve both teacher-to-student and student-to-student talk. Our Library provides silent areas and collaborative areas for the purpose of enjoying, appreciating and learning from literature.
Student ID cards are used as Library cards and are available by the end of first term to all students. Students are expected to have a student ID card with them at all times when using the Library for security purposes. Students must have their photo taken and pay $10 to the front office to order a card. Students may borrow three fiction and three nonfiction books at a time. There is also borrowing permitted over the holidays and assessment periods.
New resources are often featured on display in the Library on the fronts and tops of the shelves. The Library welcomes new ideas and suggestion of books for our collection.
Please speak to Library staff if you would like to make a recommendation or send an email request to the Library at:

New resources are also listed in our virtual bookcase that you can view online at your leisure.
