R U Ok Day

R U Ok Day is an annual Australian campaign to inspire people to have meaningful conversations with those around them, especially those struggling with life. In 2025, R U OK? Day will be on Thursday, September 11. You can participate by starting a conversation using the four steps: Ask R U OK?, Listen, Encourage Action, and Check in. Resources are available on the R U OK? website https://www.ruok.org.au/ to help you.
