R U Ok Day

Date: 11 September

Location: Wyndham College

R U Ok Day is an annual Australian campaign to inspire people to have meaningful conversations with those around them, especially those struggling with life. In 2025, R U OK? Day will be on Thursday, September 11. You can participate by starting a conversation using the four steps: Ask R U OK?, Listen, Encourage Action, and Check in. Resources are available on the R U OK? website https://www.ruok.org.au/ to help you.

Year 11 Exams

Date: 15 - 26 September 2025
Time: All day
Location: Hall, PWS or Upper E Block

Please check the attached exam timetable. Record exams in a calendar. This will help organise preparation. Students will receive an Assessment Task Notification for the examination from class teachers. This may include more detailed information about the examination, its structure and supplied/required equipment (e.g. calculators, geometry equipment, pencils etc).

HSC exams begin on 16 October and conclude on 10 November.

Year 12 Formal

Date: 12 November
Time: 6:00-10:30 PM
Location: Details on invitation

Year 12 students are invited to celebrate their hard work and success in the HSC with an evening of dressing up, dinner and dancing. Students are required to organise their own transportation to and from the venue. The formal starts at 6:00pm (sharp). All students must be collected from the venue by 10:30pm. We are looking forward to a great night.

Orientation Day

Date: 18 November

Location: Wyndham College

Students enrolling in Year 11 – 2026 are invited to attend Orientation Day at Wyndham College. It is a Collegiate expectation that all students enrolled in year 11 at Wyndham College for 2026 attend this event. A photographer will be present on the day to take a photo for student ID cards (the $10 cost will be invoiced with fees in early 2026). A series of activities and information will be delivered to assist students to transition to year 11. On arrival please proceed to the HALL. It will be the student’s responsibility to: - Make their own travel arrangements to and from Wyndham College for the day - Provide their own recess and lunch for the day or be prepared to purchase this from the canteen - Wear full school uniform (from your current school) – this is compulsory.
