  • Programs for gifted and talented students and extension subjects in senior high school ensure students are challenged and achieve their best.
  • Each year over 25% of our international students appear on the Higher School Certificate (HSC) Honour Roll.

Student welfare

  • Individual care is provided for every student in a safe and secure learning environment. Every school offers an orientation program. Buddy systems pair international students with local students to help them settle in and make new friends.
  • School-based student support personnel includes an international student coordinator, year adviser, school counsellor, careers advisor and English language support staff.

Exchange students

NSW student exchange programs may be operated by registered student exchange organisations at Wyndham College.

Exchange students must hold a Visa and an Acceptance Advice for Secondary Student Exchange form to enrol in a NSW school. Principals should confirm their acceptance of the exchange student enrolment by endorsing the AASES Request Form.

Exchange students may enrol in NSW schools for a minimum period of one term and a maximum of one year. Outbound students may enrol for a minimum of 10 weeks and a maximum of one year in overseas schools.

Shorter international study experiences are not student exchange programs and must operate as a study tour, or be arranged through a sister school agreement.
